Robbery
Aug. 28 — A woman unaffiliated with the University reported that known suspects forcibly took her phone at about 7:00 p.m. on the 4000 block of Spruce Street.

Aug. 26 — A 26-year-old male unaffiliated with the University reported that someone took his vehicle on the 4200 block of Spruce Street at about 7:00 p.m..

Assault
Sept. 1 — A female unaffiliated with the University reported that she was assaulted by a known suspect during a domestic dispute on the 4200 block of Walnut Street at about 1:00 a.m..

Other Offense
Aug. 27 — Kyle Press, 22, unaffiliated with the University and of the 200 block of South Aberdeen Avenue in Wayne, Pa., was arrested for allegedly entering a residence without permission on the 4000 block of Pine Street at about 5:15 p.m. belonging to a 24-year-old male unaffiliated with the University.

Burglary
Aug. 29 — Two male students, 17 and 19, reported that someone removed items form their residence on the 3900 block of Irving Street at about 4:15 p.m..

Theft
Sept. 1 — Robert Gordon, 50, unaffiliated with the University and of the 5800 block of Trinity Street, was arrested at about 1:15 p.m. at Fresh Grocer, located at 40th and Walnut streets, for allegedly taking merchandise without paying.

Sept. 1 — A female Penn employee, 21, reported that an unknown suspect removed an iPod at about noon from a locker room at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

Aug. 31 — A 27-year-old unaffiliated with the University reported that someone took her phone on the 4000 block of Spruce Street at about 8:00 p.m.

Aug. 31 — A female Penn student, 18, reported that her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was taken by an unknown suspect on the 3900 block of Irving Street at about 6:45 p.m.

Aug. 31 — A 23-year-old female unaffiliated with the University reported that someone took her phone at about 6:30 p.m. on the 3900 block of Filbert.

Aug. 30 — iPads were reported taken from The Restaurant School at about 8:45 p.m.

Aug. 30 — A female Penn employee, 27 reported that an unknown suspect took her phone on the unit block of South 39th Street at about 7:15 p.m.

Aug. 29 — A male Penn employee, 48, reported that someone removed his secured bicycle at about 6:30 p.m. at 3550 Market St.

Aug. 29 — A 49-year-old woman unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed personal items from her purse on the back of her chair at Greek Lady at about 5:45 p.m.

Aug. 29 — A male Penn employee, 30, reported that someone removed his secured bicycle at about 12:45 p.m. on the unit block of South 40th Street.

Aug. 29 — A 25-year-old male unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect entered his locked vehicle and removed items left in plain view at about 12:15 p.m. on the 3000 block of Walnut Street.

Aug. 27 — A 23-year old female student reported that her bicycle, secured with a chain lock, was taken by someone at about 7:45 on the 4200 block of Spruce Street.

Aug. 27 — A male student, 21, reported that an unknown suspect removed tires from his secured bicycle at about 7:45 on the 300 block of South 41st Street.

Aug. 27 — A male, 21, unaffiliated with the university reported that someone entered his locked vehicle and removed items left in plain view on the 4100 block of Ludlow Street at about 8:45 a.m.

Aug. 26 — A female student, 26, reported that her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was taken at from Houston Hall at about 8:15 p.m. by an unknown suspect.
