After placing last at the Lindsey Ferris Invitational last week, the Quakers finished third Saturday at a quad meet, ahead of Brown and behind North Carolina and host Rutgers.
Junior Laura DiPaolo and sophomore Kirsten Strausbaugh had the two highest-placing finishes for the Quakers. DiPaolo placed third in the uneven parallel bars, and Strausbaugh placed third in the floor exercise.
For the second consecutive meet, Strausbaugh and sophomore Dana Bonincontri had Penn’s two strongest performances in the all-around. Strausbaugh finished fifth, while Bonincontri finished seventh. Sophomore Megan Milavec was close behind, finishing eighth.
