Flip-flops turned to rainboots and sunglasses to scarves, but enthusiasm for Spring Fling was hardly dampened this weekend.
Despite inclement weather Saturday, students flocked to the Quadrangle for the usual dose of fried Oreos and musical performances -- with an unexpected splash of mud wrestling and slip 'n' slide.
But the celebrations didn't end there. Drizzle continued into evening hours and students did too, with parties and concerts running strong through the night.
Fling 2006 is over. Its remains, however, are in the empty beer bottles, hazy memories and the images on this page.
