Benjamin Franklin's noble cause lives on in a group of Quakers who work to ensure that there is no perspiration without representation. The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at the University of Pennsylvania is composed of 59 student-athletes representing each of the school's 31 varsity teams, and is dedicated to ensuring that student-athletes have a voice within the Athletics department. Each coach is asked to nominate one or two of their players to serve as the team's SAAC representative.





Senior linebacker Tyler Drake was a force to be reckoned with for Penn's defense. The senior finished the season leading the Ivy League in sacks (8.5), tackles for a loss (12.5) and forced fumbles (4). 

Awards season isn’t quite over for Penn football. A week after coach Ray Priore was named Ivy League Coach of the Year, two Penn players — senior linebacker Tyler Drake and sophomore wide receiver Justin Watson — have been announced as two of the four finalists for the Asa S.














Wrestling vs. Brown

At the start of last season, most sentences involving C.J. Cobb ended in a question mark. But after finishing one win shy of All-American status in 2015, Cobb provided the answers to those questions and planted the seeds for what is set to be a limitless swan song for the Red and Blue.
