Assault
March 11 — Andrew Patterson, 29, unaffiliated with the University and of the 200 block of Pine Avenue in Egg Harbor, N.J., was arrested at about 3:45 a.m. for allegedly assaulting a police officer on the 3200 block of Chestnut Street.
March 9 — Tiffany Williams, 26, unaffiliated with the University and of the 900 block of Andrews Avenue in Collingdale, Pa., was arrested at about 8:30 a.m. for allegedly assaulting someone during a dispute on the 3600 block of Market Street.
March 7 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 50, reported at about 3 p.m. that a known suspect struck her during a dispute at Strikes Bowling Lounge, located at 4040 Locust St.
Robbery
March 5 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 31, reported at about 10:15 a.m. that he was approached by two people while walking on the 4100 block of Chestnut Street. One of them reportedly displayed a handgun and took cash, after which both suspects fled in an unknown direction.
Theft
March 10 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 31, reported at about 7:15 p.m. that someone removed her purse, left in plain view, from her secured vehicle parked at the Levy Tennis Pavilion, located at 3130 Walnut St.
March 10 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 31, reported at about 10 a.m. that someone removed cash, left in plain view, from her secured vehicle on the 4200 block of Pine Street.
March 9 — At about 5:15 p.m., a registration sticker was reported removed from a business vehicle on the 4200 block of Ludlow Street.
March 9 — A male University employee, 52, reported at about 3:45 p.m. that someone removed his unattended and unsecured bicycle from outside the Lauder Institute.
March 9 — A man unaffiliated with the University reported at about 9:30 a.m.that someone removed a GPS device, left in plain view, from his secured vehicle on the 4100 block of Pine Street.
March 8 — A female student, 25, reported at about 9:30 p.m. that someone removed her unattended laptop from Biomedical Research Building II, located at 421 Curie Blvd.
March 8 — A female University employee, 28, reported at about 5:15 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended laptop from the Schattner Center, located at 240 S. 40th St.
March 8 — A male University employee, 66, reported at about 4:30 p.m. that someone removed his cell phone, left in plain view, from his secured vehicle parked at Garage 40, located at 4009 Walnut St.
March 8 — Kevin Johnston, 38, unaffiliated with the University and of the 2400 block of Tasker Street, was arrested at about 2:15 p.m. for allegedly attempting to leave CVS, located at 3925 Walnut St., without paying for items.
March 8 — A female University employee reported at 2 p.m. that someone removed her unattended purse from the Medical Center, located at 3900 Market St.
March 8 — A female student, 22, reported at about 12:15 p.m. that someone removed a GPS device, left in plain view, from her secured vehicle on the 4000 block of Irving Street.
March 8 — Ralph Echevarria, 22, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at about 9:45 a.m. for allegedly attempting to leave the CVS store at 3401 Walnut St. without paying for merchandise.
March 7 — A male University employee, 40, reported at about 11:15 p.m. that someone removed personal items from his secured vehicle on the 400 block of Guardian Drive.
March 7 — At about 4:30 p.m., an unknown suspect was reported to have removed items from Wawa, located at 3744 Spruce St., without paying.
March 6 — Tyrone Mason, 34, unaffiliated with the University and of the unit block of S. 43rd Street, was arrested at about 11:15 a.m. for attempting to leave CVS, located at 3925 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise.
Fraud
March 11 — At about 5:15 p.m., an unknown suspect was reported to have paid for services at All Seasons Cleaners, located at 101 S. 40th St., with counterfeit currency.
