The league made its decision after Palestra officials said they might not be ready to host the Atlantic 10 tournament two days later if the game was played. The Penn men's basketball team has home games March 3 and 4. Commissioner Linda Bruno and officials from Rutgers and UMass are discussing possible sites for the game, which was suspended before the start of the second half by 150 students protesting inflammatory racial comments by Rutgers President Francis Lawrence.
