2. 1986 Fels Institute of Government graduate Rep. Chaka Fattah, who was recently indicted on a slew of corruption charges, lost his primary.
3. Multiple Daily Pennsylvanian staffers rose before dawn to check out the work of polling station volunteers across campus.
