Game 25: Cornell — The Good, the Bad & the Ugly

The Good: Zack Rosen in the last four minutes of the game. Penn was down, 59-55, with 3:57 left when Rosen hit a three-pointer. Rosen scored 13 of the Quakers' last 18 points to give the Red and Blue the win. Cartwright had the other five — two free throws and a three-pointer off an assist from Rosen. Who else?

The Bad: The Quakers had to be bailed out by Rosen again. Up 35-29 at half, the Red and Blue came out sluggish in the second half and allowed the Big Red to easily get back in the game. Sophomore Miles Cartwright had a strong game with 22 points, but Penn yet again lacked a complete team effort. They need more players to step up on a consistent basis to have any chance at the Ivy title.

The Ugly: Kukoc and Brooks' six turnovers in 11 combined minutes. Freshman Henry Brooks and sophomore Marin Kukoc played just 11 minutes combined, but had six of the team's 13 turnovers — Brooks had four in eight minutes and Kukoc had two in three minutes. They have to learn to take care of the ball.
