+/- ratings from the Howard game

NBA.com has added a new statistic for players this season: the +/- rating. It's analogous to the rating that hockey uses. Essentially, it tells you the overall point differential from when a player enters the game to when he leaves it. For example, if Brian Grandieri comes in with a five-point Penn lead and is subbed out with a two-point Howard lead, he gets a -7. When he comes back in and gets subbed back out, that differential gets added to the previous one.

Here's a look at everyone's +/- statistic from the Howard game vs. minutes played. Keep in mind, it's just a statistic -- it doesn't necessarily mean anything. Also, it was too daunting a task for me to calculate the +/- ratings of certain combinations of players (i.e. when Cohen/Kach/Grandieri are on the floor together). I'm going to try to do this for every game and keep a season tally, starting from the Howard game.

It is possible these numbers are off, as I could've made a mistake skimming the play-by-play.
