Anything but Uniform: Fordham

The Quakers try to avenge their worst loss of last year against Fordham tonight at the Palestra. The Rams' relatively simple road uniforms look like this.

Other than the fact that Fordham joins Saint Joseph's, Temple and Massachusetts in the dark red division of the 14-team, wholly color-creatively-challenged Atlantic 10.

In case you don't know what I'm talking about, aside from the dark reds, Dayton, Duquesne and Richmond all wear red and blue, La Salle and George Washington wear blue and yellow, and Xavier and Saint Louis wear navy, to go along with the random colors of Charlotte (green and gold), Rhode Island (light blue) and St. Bonaventure (brown).

Anyway, what I do like about Fordham's uniforms is the fact that they have the little "Rams" wordmark under the triangle created by their shorts stripes. It's a nice little touch.

Off to the Palestra now...enjoy the evening.
