No need for ambiguity, we know what's replacing Greene Street and it's safe to say we're excited. Philly Pretzel Factory has put up its awning next to HubBub which means that you no longer have to shlep over to Walnut for 200 calories worth of carbs. Plus, being seen walking out of the Pretzel Factory for some reason isn't as shameful as being caught exiting Auntie Anne's, one cinnamon pretzel in each hand.
Although we're not sure when you'll be able to start ordering pretzel party trays, we hope it's soon enough that we can Grubhub entire trays to VP as "study fuel."
