2015 SG Jackson Donahue commits to Penn basketball

There is another member of Penn's class of 2019.

2015 SG Jackson Donahue from Northfield Mount Hermon High School (Ma.) committed to join Penn basketball on Thursday, according to Donahue's twitter account.

Donahue is now the third member of the class of 2019, joining small forward Jule Brown and point guard Morris Esformes in the class.

Donahue has been described as a big time three-point shooter, something that Penn could definitely use. The Quakers finished seventh in the Ivy League last year in three-point shooting, making just 32.1 percent of their long-range shots. Here is a video of what Donahue has been able to do from beyond-the-arc.

He had already picked up offers from Dartmouth, Brown and Albany according to Verbal Commits.

Penn has five commits in its class of 2018 slated to come to campus this fall and join a roster that returns just nine letterwinners as well as freshman Dave Winfield Jr., who dealt with injuries in 2013-14.
