As of July 13 gas prices are averaging $4.751 per gallon in Philadelphia. The current prices are a decrease from the highest recorded average price of gas in Pennsylvania which was $5.07 per gallon on June 12.

The Supreme Court officially voted 5-4 to overturn Roe v. Wade, which guaranteed the constitutional right to an abortion. The decision now grants the states the power to regulate abortions and reproductive health care, the first time in history the court had overturned a previous ruling.
