(05/10/19 9:12pm)

Penn women’s lacrosse met Georgetown in Syracuse, N.Y., for a Friday afternoon matchup in the first round of the NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse Tournament. The two teams met earlier this season in March, when the Quakers eked out an 8-7 victory against the visiting Hoyas at Franklin Field.

(04/24/19 2:41am)

With one player each from Canada, Croatia, Poland, and Russia, the 2019 Penn women’s tennis roster features 10 student-athletes who represent a greater number of countries than they do states. But Penn did just the opposite on Friday night when it dispatched American at the Palestra, 64-45.

(03/16/19 2:41am)

The Ivy League Basketball Tournament is here, and second-seeded Penn women’s basketball will take on third-seeded Harvard Saturday night at Yale’s John J. Lee Amphitheater. The Quakers (22-5, 12-2 Ivy) and Crimson (16-11, 9-5) split their two regular-season matchups — both of which ended in dramatic overtime fashion — so the Red and Blue can expect a tough contest as they fight for a berth to the Ivy title game. Here are some keys for Penn to come out on top.

Three things we learned from Penn women's basketball's 54-48 win over Yale

(02/10/19 3:28am)

With the help of a double-digit halftime lead, Penn women’s basketball was able to hang on to defeat a visiting Yale team, 54-48, on the second night of a back-to-back. It was certainly a little too close for comfort, but the Quakers showed their winning, even-keeled character while withstanding the Bulldogs’ second-half rally. Here’s what we learned from the Red and Blue’s victory.
