The Trillest, a DP podcast, launches season 2 with a focus on love and dating at Penn

The Daily Pennsylvanian's podcast, The Trillest, is set to air its second season on Feb. 2 with a theme of love and dating to brand the coming episodes. The first season, which launched in October 2018, discussed a variety of topics related to students at Penn, including women in STE(A)M, spirituality on campus,  and social justice.

The main minority coalition groups on campus, also known as the 5B, have elected new boards for 2019. This year, the 5B will undergo a major change and will now include the Penn Association for Gender Equity, effectively becoming the 6B. The Daily Pennsylvanian interviewed the leaders about their priorities and ambitions for the year.



Penn Libraries aims to bring virtual reality technologies to all 12 Penn schools

Creativity and technology intersect in the University of Pennsylvania’s first cross-campus virtual reality and augmented reality organization: PennImmersive. Formerly a student-run organization, PennImmersive is now a Penn Libraries initiative that has been exposing students to virtual reality throughout the past semester.





Hill College House, formerly one of the 'most-loathed' dorms, wins award for renovation

Hill College House has come a long way from being designated as one of the "most-loathed" dormitories in the country. This week, its $80 million renovation was given the Award of Merit for Renovation/Restoration from the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Engineering News-Record, a Manhattan-based magazine that analyzes and provides news for the international construction industry.
