Student activists say Penn 'prioritizes profits' over community at teach-in for baby Quakers

Part II," where students spoke about Penn’s stance against paying PILOTs and the University’s refusal to divest from fossil fuels.

Penn Engineering sub-matriculants must now complete undergraduate degree in 4 years

The School of Engineering and Applied Science announced a new policy barring Penn students from being accepted into its sub-matriculation program if they spend more than eight semesters as an undergraduate — a significant barrier for the mass of engineers who spend an extra semester or year at Penn.




PennDesign preserves Frank Lloyd Wright's former Arizona home

A PennDesign team is working on a project to conserve Taliesin West, a National Historic Landmark located at the desert foothills of the McDowell Mountains in Arizona, as part of a project to preserve the former winter home of Frank Lloyd Wright, one of the most influential American architects of the 20th century.




All Penn Dental students will be trained to administer Narcan by the end of the month

In September, every student in the Penn School of Dental Medicine was required to undergo training to use Narcan — a medication that saves people from opiate-related overdoses. Now, after several sessions, all students will be officially trained in administering the life-saving drug by the end of the month.
