Newsroom Name Drops Wharton

Chances are, if you go to the number one business school in the country, going to the number one business school in the country probably isn't quite enough to satisfy the ego.

This would explain why that one "We didn't go to Harvard, we went to Wharton—and we saw you coming from a mile away" quote from "Suits" gets all the Wharton students talking more than any US News ranking ever could.  Not because they didn't get into Harvard, but because pop culture references remind us all of our relevancy in the world! Cue HBO's "The Newsroom" Season 3 premiere: "You went to Wharton, Reese!  Wake the fuck up!"

Perhaps writer Aaron Sorkin was inspired by his visit to campus back in 2011, but either way, we've got ourselves another Wharton name drop on live television! Those of you with a stolen HBO Go password should check this great show out (and watch for the namedrop). If not, we're sure somebody in Wharton will show you this clip at least a few times.
