Interventionist Art Installation? Emo Klutz? We're Confused.

context

After what we assume was a blustery stroll through the creepy alley between the Rotunda and 12 Lounge (RIP), a tipster alerted us to this strange array of forgotten school supplies, rubber ducks, and (dare we say?) random bits of trash.

Upon further investigation, the open notebook contains some sort of poem. Or riddle? Or a semi-pretentious (and curated) commentary on how these "bureaucratic elements" are just like the wall they now lie next to? Um... what? For a close up of the notebook, see after the jump.

Here's what we're pretty sure it says:

pens and papers by the wall who's the fairest in stealing you all?

Did your "owner" have a fall -- did they see it all as just a wall and send these bureaucratic implements to their resting place amidst the stone -- very well -- arise pens! begin your poetry!

Can you say Kenny Goldsmith's Interventionist Writing?
