Assault

Nov. 7 – A 58-year-old female unaffiliated with the University reported receiving a threatening phone call at the Presbyterian Hospital at about 3:30 p.m.

Nov. 5 – Raydell Luke, unaffiliated with the University and of the 2600 block of N. 29th Street, was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer at the Starbucks located at 3401 Walnut St., at about 2:30 p.m.

Vandalism

Nov. 5 – A vehicle was reported to have a broken window on the 3800 block of Sansom Street at about 2:30 a.m.

Theft

Nov. 10 – A male unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed his bicycle that was secured with a cable lock on the 4000 block of Baltimore Ave. at about 11:45 a.m.

Nov. 10 – A female employee, 26, reported that her unattended wallet was taken at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at about 7 p.m.

Nov. 10 – Claude Price, 48, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1300 block of Ridge Avenue, was arrested for allegedly taking merchandise from the Fresh Grocer located at 4001 Walnut St., without paying at about 1:15 a.m.

Nov. 9 – A male student, 32, reported that his unattended phone was taken at Steinberg-Dietrich Hall at about 7 p.m.

Nov. 9 – Patricia Young, 23, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1300 block of Brown Street, was arrested for allegedly taking merchandise from the Radio Shack located at 212 S. 40th St., at about 11:45 a.m.

Nov. 9 – A 52-year-old male unaffiliated with the University reported that someone removed his unsecured bicycle on the 200 block of St. Marks Sq., at about 8:45 a.m.

Nov. 8 – An unknown suspect was reported to have taken merchandise from the CVS located at 3409 Walnut St., without rendering payment.

Nov. 7 – A male student, 25, reported that someone removed his bicycle that was secured with a cable lock on the 100 block of 42nd Street at about 4:15 p.m.

Nov. 7 – A 52-year-old female unaffiliated with the University reported that her unattended phone was taken at Presbyterian Hospital at about 3:45 p.m.

Nov. 4 – A 20-year-old male unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed a radio from his secured vehicle on the 4200 block of Sansom Street at about 11:30 p.m.

Nov. 4 – A male unaffiliated with the University reported that someone removed a radio from his secured vehicle on the 4200 block of Walnut Street at about 10:30 p.m.

Nov. 4 – A male employee, 34, reported that his unattended phone was taken at the Schattner Building at about 4:15 p.m.
