Last night, Penn students and alumni joined together in the Amado Recital Hall at Irvine Auditorium to hear Asada’s stories from abroad.
After studying in the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business, Asada became a foreign service officer for the U.S. Foreign Service in Pakistan.
To introduce the group to campus, a conference titled “Consulting for Change” was held in Huntsman Hall on Friday morning, featuring Wharton professor Keith Weigelt, who is also the faculty advisor for CFA.
Students from five sketch comedy troupes and comedian Greg Proops joined forces in Harrison Auditorium for the Mask & Wig Club and Social Planning and Events Committee’s 15th Annual Intercollegiate Comedy Festival.
The Wharton Business Law Association planned the workshop in conjunction with Shell and the Wharton Management Club.
The new facility, scheduled for completion in mid-2014, will provide West Philadelphia with new outpatient medical facilities, research labs and office space for growing companies.
