Pennsylvania hospitals sue Penn-affiliated hospital for $9 million in 'bogus' claims

A network of Pennsylvania hospitals has filed a class action law suit against a Penn-affliated hospital for fraud. The lawsuit, filed on May 22nd, alleges that the hospital had submitted invalid claims to receive a total of $9 million from a state-funded program.

The Office of the Philadelphia City Commissions recently released this year's voting data, which revealed that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) could have won the judge of elections position for the ninth division of the Fifth Ward during the recent Philadelphia elections.
