What's HapPENNing?

St. Fratty's has come and gone, the Fling cat is out of the bag, and we've officially switched our coffee to iced at HubBub – all of which lead us to believe that Spring has SPRUNG! What better way to celebrate this long overdue seasonal change than by attending ALL FIVE of the events below, PLUS our Philly Pick of the Week?! Let's get to it!

QPenn 2015

When? Now (well, technically, yesterday) through Sunday

Where? Locations vary

Why? You didn't take that Intro to Gender Studies class for nothing! Put that knowledge of 'the binary' to good use.

Bring? A ticket to hear screenwriter and playwright Larry Kramer speak, because this dude is a BFD.

Penn Fashion Week 2015 Keynote: Rebecca Minkoff & Uri Minkoff

When? This afternoon, 4:30 p.m.

Where? JMHH F95

Why? To a Penn student, Rebecca Minkoff crossbody bags are (almost) as essential as Tory Burch flats.

Bring? Your aforementioned crossbody bag. Maybe she'll sign it!

Greek Week 2015

When? Today through Friday

Where? Locations vary

Why? The Greek community comprises a negligible percentage of students on campus, and therefore really needs to raise awareness about its existence.

Bring? Your letters!!!

Serial Uncut: The Case of Adnan Syed Presented by Rabia Chaudry

When? Thursday, 12 p.m.

Where? Penn Law (3501 Sansom Street)

Why? TO FIND OUT IF HE REALLY DID IT.

Bring? Night vision goggles, a stun gun, and a magnifying glass.

SPEC-TRUM Presents: Rae Sremmurd, OG Maco, and Chynna

When? Saturday, 7 p.m.

Where? World Cafe Live (3025 Walnut Street)

Why? To determine whether this lineup is better than Fling's.

Bring? Anything but your type

Philly Pick of the Week

Future Thieves, Shark Tape, Baby Blitz, Andorra

When? Tuesday, 7 p.m.

Where? The Arts Bank at the University of the Arts

Why? To proclaim yourself a hipster once and for all – despite the fact that you're secretly elated Kesha is the headliner.

Bring? PBR and Parliaments.
