Theft:
April 6: A theft totaling losses over $200 was reported at 4020 Spruce St. between 8:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.
April 6: A theft was reported at the T-Mobile store located at 3441 Chestnut Street at 6:45 p.m. which resulted in losses worth more than $200.
April 8: A theft was reported at 4113 Pine St. in the late evening which resulted in losses worth over $200.
April 11: At 10:00 a.m., a theft worth over $200 was reported at the Graduate School of Education.
April 12: In the early afternoon, a theft was reported at 401 S. 41st St. which resulted in losses worth over $200.
Robbery:
April 6: At 11:45 p.m. at the intersection of 40th and Spruce streets, a woman reported that a man took her phone and fled on a bicycle. Police were able to identify the suspect as a 19-year-old man, whom they later arrested.
Burglary:
April 12: A 31-year old man was arrested at Santander Bank on 3802 Chestnut St. after police responded to an alarm in the building set off at 5:00 a.m. when the man entered without due permission or reason.
Fraud:
April 6: Around 3:00 p.m. on the 4100 block of Pine St., a man reported fraudulent charges on his credit card.
Assault:
April 6: A man reported being struck in the face by a known suspect at Atlantis Gentlemen's Club on 3813 Chestnut St. at around 1:15 a.m. The police advised a private criminal complaint for further action.
Drunkenness:
April 7: A 21-year old man was issued a citation on the 4000 block of Walnut St. at 5:30 p.m. after showing aggressive signs of intoxication and instigating arguments on the street.
Liquor law:
April 12: An 18-year old woman was issued a citation for underage drinking on the 200 block of 41st St., around 11:45 p.m.
April 12: A 19-year old man was issued a citation for underage drinking on the 3900 block of Sansom St., around 3:45 p.m.
April 12: A 20-year old man was issued a citation for underage drinking on the 4000 block of Spruce St. at 8:00 p.m.
April 12: A 20-year old man was issued a citation for underage drinking on the 200 block of 41st St. at 9:30 p.m.
April 12: A man was issued a citation for underage drinking on the 4000 block of Irving St. at 9:30 p.m.
April 12: A 20-year old woman was issued a citation for underage drinking on the 200 block of 41st St. at 11:45 p.m.
Other offense:
April 12: A 34-year old man was issued a citation for trespassing at the Inn at Penn (3600 Sansom St.) at 12:30 p.m.
April 12: At 12:30 a.m. on the 100 block of 36th St., a 49-year old man was investigated for an unrelated incident and was found to have an outstanding warrant; he was subsequently arrested.
