A Penn State fraternity has been shut down for the next three years shortly after a secret fraternity Facebook page was found with photos of nude and semi-nude women.
The University's Interfraternity Council suggested a milder punishment for Kappa Delta Rho according to an AP report. However, the fraternity was found to have sexually harassed women, creating what was deemed a “persistent climate of humiliation for several females” by Penn State's vice president for student affairs Damon Sims
Kappa Delta Rho was also found to have hazed its members. The Facebook page in question had photos of some hazing as well as drug sales.
