Jon Huntsman Jr., son of the namesake of Huntsman Hall, will be speaking at the University of Arizona's Commencement in May.

Huntsman Jr. served as Utah governor from 2005 to 2009 and was a Republican presidential candidate in 2011. He has also served as ambassador to China under President Obama and as the U.S. trade ambassador for President George W. Bush. Currently, he leads No Labels, an organization that "works across partisan lines to focus on fixing America's most pressing problems."

Huntsman, a Penn graduate, is far from the only commencement speaker announcement in recent weeks. Rice made it official that former Secretary of State Colin Powell will speak at its Commencement on May 16 while NBC News Chief Foreign Correspondent Richard Engel will speak at Stanford's 124th Commencement.

Ball State will have John Schnatter, the founder of Papa John's Pizza and an alum of the school, give the speech at its graduation.

Houston will be paying $135,000 to actor Matthew McConaughey to give their Commencement address.
