Feb. 8: An affiliated 23-year-old man reported that unauthorized changes had been made on his credit card the day before at 9:34 p.m.
Feb. 6: An affiliated 25-year-old man reported that unauthorized withdrawals had been made from his bank account on Jan. 28.
