Penn is an amazing place to learn and grow as a person. But there’s always room for improvement. My name is Varun Menon and, along with Pratyusha Gupta and Louis Capozzi, I am running for the Undergraduate Assembly. Together, we will focus our efforts on fixing the freshman experience: fighting for truly need-blind admissions for international students; extending dining hours; providing more interactive advising for engineering and nursing students; restoring the acceptance of Penn Cash at our Wawa; insisting on air-conditioning in all freshman housing; and merging Penn In-Touch, SHS, and Campus Express into one efficient, centralized student portal that combines all information about our lives at Penn. With your help, we can begin to push the administration to build our ideal Penn. We can’t guarantee that we’ll fix all your problems, but we can guarantee that they won’t stop hearing about them!
