Theft

April 12 — A 19-year-old male student reported that his locked and secured bike was taken by an unknown suspect at the 3700 block of Walnut St. at around 11:15 p.m.

April 12 — A 48-year-old and a 57-year-old female employees reported that an unknown suspect took money from their unsecured offices in Claire Fagin Hall at around 1:15 p.m.

April 12 — A 19-year-old male student stated that his locked and secured bike was taken by an unknown suspect at the 3700 block of Walnut at around 9:30 a.m.

April 11 — A 26-year-old male employee reported that his secured bike was taken by an unknown suspect at the 300 block of S. 33rd Street at around 6:09 p.m.

April 11 — A 52-year-old female employee reported that her property was taken from her unsecured office in Claire Fagin Hall at around 12:40 p.m.

April 10 — A 23-year-old male student reported that someone tampered with a package that was delivered when he was not at home at the 4000 Block of Pine St. at around 11:45 p.m.

April 10 — A 52-year-old complainant had her items taken from her unlocked room in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at around 3:30 p.m.

April 10 — Clairessa Peebles, 18 and of the 1500 block of N. Uber St, and Malikah Glass, 18 and of 2300 Block of North Lambert St., were arrested after leaving American Apparel with merchandise without rendering payment at around 2:45 p.m.

April 9 — A 33-year-old male reported that his unsecured bag and its contents were taken by an unknown suspect at College Hall at around 3:30 p.m.

April 9 — A 24-year-old male student reported that an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and removed his property at the 100 block of S. 43rd Street at around 9:30 a.m.

April 8 — A 20-year-old male student reported that an unknown person removed his property from an unsecured locker at Pottruck Center at around 5:41 p.m.

April 6 — A 20-year-old male student reported that an unknown person took his unattended property at Stemmler Hall at 3450 Hamilton Walk at around 9:30 p.m.

Fire incident

April 12 — A student smoking hookah left it unattended, causing the hookah to fall into a trashcan and create a small fire and heavy smoke at Fisher Hassenfeld College House at around 6:45 p.m.

Harassment

April 10 —A 58-year-old male reported being harassed by a known suspect at the Penn Barber at 3730 Spruce Street at around 4:30 p.m.

Other offense

April 6 — Hathal Moselh, 20, and of the 4700 Block of Hazel Avenue, was arrested for urinating on the sidewalk at 39th and Sansom streets at around 12:00 a.m. A citation was issued.

Robbery

April 8 — Quinzel Smith, 19, and of the 1100 Block of MarlynRoad, was arrested for threatening a 21-year-old male student with a weapon and demanding his property at 42nd and Locust streets at around 10:30 p.m.
