HANOVER. N.H. - Senior captain Tim Begley led all scorers in a decisive win over the Penn Quakers' northernmost Ivy League foe. Mark Zoller and Eric Osmundson both scored in double figures, and Ibby Jaaber contributed 9 points and 4 assists. Penn held Dartmouth to 16 first half points and only 25.9 % shooting from the field, while outrebounding the Big Green 49-36. The win over the Big Green secures Penn's place atop the Ivy League, and secured Begley's place in Quakers basketball history. Three and a half minutes into the second half, he netted a three-pointer, putting him over the 1000 point mark. He is the only current Quaker to have reached that milestone. The Quakers now look forward to Tuesday's game against Princeton, who had a less successful weekend, losing to both Harvard and Dartmouth.
